Thank you for supporting The Alex Lebovic Foundation. Purchases made through our store help support our mission and programs. We want you to be happy with your order and will work with you to resolve issues whenever possible.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging when possible
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the product and packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Store credit, at our discretion

Print-on-Demand Products

Most non-book items sold through our store are produced and fulfilled by third-party print partners and are made specifically for each order.

Because of the custom nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variation
  • Preference changes after ordering
  • Accidental ordering errors

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Books

Books may be returned within 30 days of delivery if returned in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Signed or Personalized Books

Signed, personalized, or otherwise customized books are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If a signed book arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

Donations

Donations made directly to The Alex Lebovic Foundation are generally non-refundable.

If an order includes both a purchase and a charitable contribution, refund eligibility applies only to the product portion of the transaction unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please request a return and place a new order.
